These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Permission is granted to temporarily access OpenDine's services for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4.1 Reservation Accuracy: All reservation details including date, time, party size, and special requests must be accurate. OpenDine is not responsible for errors made by users when booking.
4.2 Confirmation: Reservations are subject to restaurant availability and confirmation. A confirmed reservation will be sent to your registered email address.
4.3 Cancellations: You may cancel your reservation according to the restaurant's cancellation policy. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.
4.4 No-Show Policy: Failure to honor a reservation without prior cancellation may result in penalties including account suspension or charges as per restaurant policy.
5.1 Order Placement: All orders placed through OpenDine are subject to acceptance by the restaurant. Restaurants reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
5.2 Pricing: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of order placement.
5.3 Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. OpenDine is not liable for delays caused by restaurants or third-party delivery services.
5.4 Quality: OpenDine acts as a platform connecting users with restaurants. Food quality, preparation, and safety are the sole responsibility of the respective restaurants.
6.1 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash on delivery where applicable.
6.2 Wallet: OpenDine Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law. Wallet funds do not expire unless your account is closed.
6.3 Refunds: Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
7.1 XP Points and Levels: Experience points (XP) and levels are earned through platform activities. OpenDine reserves the right to adjust XP calculations and level requirements at any time.
7.2 Achievements: Achievements and their rewards are subject to verification. Fraudulent activity to earn achievements will result in account termination.
7.3 Wallet Rewards: Wallet rewards earned through achievements or promotions are added to your OpenDine Wallet and subject to wallet terms.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content on or through the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OpenDine and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Pakistan and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of OpenDine.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. OpenDine makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, OpenDine disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall OpenDine, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless OpenDine and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
